Eternal is Joe Fenton's homage to Guillermo Del Toro's work, specifically his first film called "Cronos". This beautiful painting and more artwork from other Artists, were exhibited in a group art show called "In Service of Monsters" in Los Angeles. Fenton not only gives us a WIP (work in progress) in the form of images, but also a video that shows his painting in various stages of completeness. Within the video, Fenton shows us a bit of the technique that is involved in applying gold leaf to the painting and to the wooden frame.
