Photographs Searching for Perfection in Symmetry

Symmetry is not something new, or something humans invented, it exists in nature in various degrees.  It has been shown in studies that humans have a predilection for all things symmetrical and this is where the Instagram account symmetricalmonsters has capitalised, by bringing together such images from different accounts across Instagram.  We have included the handle of each contributor under each picture, as listed by symmetricalmonsters.  Some of the images that we featured, are not strictly, perfectly symmetric, but were to good not to include.
