Ingenuity shown by a designer that uses untapped areas and clever construction, as a way of thinking out of the box.
Spanish self taught designer Fernando Abellanas, constructed this basic suspended studio that, in my opinion, doesn't really serve a practical use except, for pushing our architects, engineers and designers to be more creative and better utilise the spaces in our cities.  This project will hopefully inspire town planning authorities, to come together with building professionals, to try and solve the homelessness and the lack of affordable living, afflicting our cities, by finding clever solutions to the problem.  There is a video below, that shows the inventive way this space works.
