Brazilian Artist Eni Oken, does not have a scholastic background grounded purely in art but, became an architect and then worked in the gaming industry, creating fantasy worlds for 20 years.  Oken is a very versatile artist and these, are the mediums she has experienced:  "I've explored every technique and method I can get my hands on, including painting, drawing, illustration, computer graphics, sculpting, jewelry design, fantasy design, color theory, costume and scenery design, sewing and fiber techniques, miniature and model-making, window dressing, you name it!"  An inspiration for all of us to start learning, there are so many helpful and free tutorials on the internet, that you can use to learn from, for fun, or for the basis of your future profession.  I can get you started with some posts here on DesignStack, that include videos, check out this link "How To Draw".
