A small home that has all of the essentials, her larger brothers and sisters have.
I remember when we first started looking at Tiny Houses, the entire exercise, seemed to be a race to how small you could get it. What was the minimum space in which you could cram all of the the bare essentials to call it a home and make liveable for 1 or 2 people. Now the thinking seems to have moved on, comfort and a bit of spare space, are considered essentials as well, with design lessons of the past learnt, good and bad.
