There will all be a record of it.
This is how most people experience art from all around the world, they don't see the actual piece in the country/city it's kept in, but photos or videos of it. So it's not a complete loss.

The original mandalas are famous for this concept of impermanence. They were and still are created, in some parts of the world using, colored sands. Among other things, they symbolise the fact that all things come to an end. This is expressed by sweeping it away and the design is lost forever.

The idea is to enjoy the beauty of the work and the effort that goes into it, but at the end you have to be able to let it go.
When I first saw this practice, I thought it was a real waste. As the time has past, I have began to appreciate that concept more and more.

I am not lecturing, or telling you how you should see things, just wanted to add another perspective, as to how some people view art.

I hope you have a wonderful Wednesday. 🌿️🌺️🌿️DesignStackhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00373423413676726764noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5336145258006580061.post-92232604010175592002021-04-28T16:06:02.667+01:002021-04-28T16:06:02.667+01:00a lot of work just to get washed off! they are rea...a lot of work just to get washed off! they are really done so well! amazing to do that kind of art on someones skin!
sunshinehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06342503094600790989noreply@blogger.com
