Animals constructed with doodles or by their lack of them.
A Greek artist that goes by the name of Vasodelirium drew all of the beings on this page.
Time to explain the first paragraph… Sometimes the animals are constructed using small little doodles. Some of them looking like little like glyph. For examples, look at the leopard, a part of the whale and the two cats at the end. The latter is almost a representation of a positive and negative image.
There is so much to like about this unusual post and the animal life within. Talking about which, there are differences here as well. There are the ones that have realistic proportions and details. Then there are those that are more stylised. Not quite the way a whale or a cat look, but more of a cartoonish aesthetic that a human might have dreamt up.
I don't usually have definitive favourites. In this post I do and that is because I really like the two of them. The first is the second drawing down. it comes in the shape of the lovely little mouse. It looks so sweet. The tail actually forming an umbrella, protecting it from the flowery rain. All of the surrounds are so beautifully detailed. All these points add up to being a strong reason for the reason I like it so much.
The next one is of the two cats at the end of the post. They are so beautifully stylised and they are drawn different enough so that it doesn't look like a straightforward and more boring mirror image of one another. This way they stand out individually and both shine with their own attributes and design work.
