This 21m² (226ft²) Flat form the Early 1900s, has been updated to 21st century living.
The layout of the flat was minimal, with the original toilet situated outside the flat, in a communal area, used with other residents of the building. Later in its life, a bathroom was added, that unbalanced the flow of the flat. Architecture and Design firm Spamroom took on the challenge and produced this little gem. The original floor was cleaned and restored to a magnificent finish, that you can see in the pictures. Even though the flat is very small, there is nothing missing and everything is finished to a very high quality with a feel of comfort and light throughout the flat. The only small observation is, that when decorating it, it would be good if they could provide a bit more contrast, as at the moment, the colours seem to blend into each other a bit too much. That said Fantastic achievement, well done.
