Giancarlo Zema Design Group is based in Rome and specialises in semi-submerged Architectural structures, floating homes and innovative design. They are a full packet service, that takes the client from concept to extensive detailing for construction. These are some of the specifications for the WaterNest 100, it measures 100m² (1076ft²) internally, 12m (39ft) in diameter and 4m (13ft) high. The internal space can be used in many different ways, examples given in the video below include, living quarters, office - laboratory, shop - exhibition and bar - restaurant.
