American Artist and Student, Valerie Kotliar has a passion for drawing and celebrities which she combines in her art. I think the reason a lot of artist decide to draw well known people, is because they are hoping that their drawings will receive more attention, if the celebrities are in fashion and people at large, want to see more of their idols. The downside is that, because we are so familiar to us, if any small detail is out of place, like the shape of the eye of the line of the jaw is slightly off, we will be able to spot immediately that it's a mistake. So great rewards but you have to be as good as Kotliar if you want to pull it off.
