Graham Hill founder of treehugger.com commissioned the remodel of this 420 square feet (39 m²) Apartment in New York to make it more efficient and to function as a full sized home.
You can get 8 Room configurations, with this inventive use of furniture.
The video in the article, will explain all, but we have added images at the bottom as a sum up.  The Kitchen is a fully functional one, with 3 Induction Burners, Combination Convection Oven Microwave, Fridge Freezer and a Dishwasher.

I am not sure why it lists in the title of the video that it is 350 Square Feet as it clearly states in the video that it is 420 Square Feet.
