Recycled Fully Articulated Mechanical Animals

American Artist Andrew Chase has many talents, he is a self employed Photographer, Furniture Maker and an amazing Mechanical Animal builder.  As you may have guessed, this post will be about his Animals, that he constructs from recycled car parts, plumbing parts and anything that will fit the need he has for it.  The sculpture is only one part of the beauty of his work, the full articulation and the range of movements add, to his creations, a real feeling of realism.  This can be seen in the amazingly realistic flow with which they move in the Animated GIFs.  His mechanical animals can take between 80 to 120 hours to complete.

      We think that they are stop motion animation, the same way they do the plasticine ones.
