Russ Mills is a talented British Artist, that mixes Traditional and Digital Art, to compose his paintings. The area he focuses on the most, is the face and the fantastic expressions he is able to paint on creations. He doesn't seem to go for the beautifully precise and realistic look, but rather, the fine lines on the face and graphic art, for the rest. It is an amazing technique, that gives your eyes a lot to look at, but ultimately pulls the focus, onto the face.
