Katy Lipscomb is a young illustrator from Georgia, that has been featured before here on DesignStack, the link to her previous post is below.  We really love her use of brilliant colors, masterfully used in flowing curved lines, that really add a magic and dream like quality to her drawings.  Various drawings with references to Harry Potter below.
