Quilling is an art form that uses strips of paper or ribbon, which are rolled, bent, twisted and then glued on a surface, to create a design.
Yulia Brodskaya started her carer as a graphic designer and illustrator in 2006, but she quickly moved from the computer, to using paper as her medium of choice. She is now known around the world for her vibrant and the innovative way in which she uses paper to create highlights and color shading. This is the second time we feature this skilled artist, I have put a link to her previous work here on DesignStack, below. Check out the video to see how these pieces come together to make a wonderful image.
Quilling is very popular here on DesignStack, so if you want to see more of it, key-in, in the top right hand of the page, under (Search This Blog) - "Quilling" and press (Search) and enjoy the suggested posts.
