A small home that brings to a land, a mobile building, with detailing that would fit on a ship or a boat on water.
This is a project by Jeremy Matlock, from Rogue Valley Tiny Home Construction. It's cute, but also practical and compact. It differentiate its self from the scores, of other homes that are being built these days, by incorporating nautical features that makes it stand apart. This is, in a way, minimalist (architecture) which, as well as being mobile, seeks to encompass our lives into a space that does not exceed our needs. The cherry on the top of this building project, is that, about 40% of the materials are reclaimed, recycled and in some cases upcycled. Even though this tiny house on wheels is not all specked-up inside, you can see the potential it holds which, by the way, was sold for $39,5000.
