Beautiful home on the water, that is now for sale.
A very spacious one bedroom home, on the water.  This architectural beauty, has so many things going for it.  I've never lived or boarded a houseboat, but I have this concept of it being an idyllic place to live in.  I can imagine the beauty of everything you see from it, is amplified, like: sunrises, sunsets, views of other boats in the marina and the horizon.  I don't know if it's a romantic notion, that may or may not exist in real life, but I would love to try it out some day, if even for a short holiday.  Now to some facts:   The boat is listed for $499,000 on realtor and is moored on San Juan Island, in the state of Washington.  It's 600 ft² (56 m²) and comes with 1 Bedroom and 1 Bathroom.  If you have a look at the images below, you will be able to pick out more details, like: the walkways and terraced areas on the ground and first floor.  Do you what to be the captain of your own home?  All aboard...
