Alternative Living Spaces, are the company that constructed this minimalist, but very well balanced tiny house. By well balanced, I mean that all of the areas that are needed to create a liveable and comfortable home, are there. The only space that requires a double use, is the living room, that doubles as a bedroom, when the couch is pulled out. Some might see that as bit of a pain, to have to fold the bed in and out every day, but for a price tag of $39K, I think is a fair compromise. The real beauty of this type of construction is that the shipping container, was upcycled into a home, in 6 weeks.
