An artist and his Moleskine sketchbook.
It's difficult enough to draw a portrait, but with other mediums, you can erase or cover over and start again. With a ballpoint pen, your mistakes are at best, very difficult to cover and at worst, impossible. So when I see pen drawings, like the ones of Artist Nicolas V Sanchez, there is that extra acknowledgement, for the achievement of the finished piece.
