Kodasema OÜ is an Architectural and Engineering company and are the builders / designers, of the KODA house. As I said above, this building is versatile, it can be places almost anywhere; there is an example on one used as a houseboat in one of the pictures below. The home has a 26.2m² (282ft²) footprint and is packed with e latest tech and materials, to make it as comfortable and practical as possible. One example, is the quadruple glazing of the glass wall, which provides plenty of light and sound insulation, that is so essential in a busy city. Because these units are built in a factory, once the preparations are made on the plot, they can be brought to site with a lorry, instantly revitalising and populating an area. Their modular structure, ensures that these homes can be joined or even stacked, to provide even more options on a master plan design.
