Self taught Indonisian Artist lady_meli_art, has been featured a few times before, here on DesignStack. That is thanks to her prolific imagination, when it comes to differing mandala designs. As I have mentioned in posts past, mandala means circle, therefore many of these drawings would not fall under this classification. As is the case, in so many forms of art, artists take a style and improvise. They bend and break the rules that govern it, enough, to end up with something new and original. Meli is very proficient in this field, having imagination and the skill to propel her work, in her own inspired direction.

ReplyDeleteIf you look at the variety of the designs she creates, I am sure she has all sorts of tricks to get those curves. Plus she she is very good freehand. I saw it in a short video of hers.

Where to get those colour pens she use?
