Artist David Morales creates sketches, the same way people take pictures or write a diary entry of a place. Every line of each building and its surroundings, helps the artist etch the places and the feelings associated with them in his mind.
From our perspective, the viewers, we get to travel on these sketched memories provided by Morales. References work the same way, but with an extra intermediate step and an interpretation of the latest artist to contribute to it.
