Tattoo artist, fantasy illustrations, twitch streamer, 8 doggos, Cathysuearts is based in North Wales.
I would describe her creatures as being cute with an edge. They are not the classic sweet monsters even if they embody some of the same characteristics.
I love her concepts and the design of her little critters. The thing that attracts me to her work the most, is her colours and colouring technique.
If you look at the third drawing down, you can see exactly what I mean. It's a WIP which gives you a chance of appreciating the technique in mid flow.
The layering and the and blending of the colours really is a sight to be appreciated and enjoyed.
The colours are so vivid and the application so flawless, you would almost be excused for thinking this might have been done with digital art.
