Magnificent urban illustrations which use a traditional mix media approach, with the combination of drawing and painting. All this to bring the most out of the scenes.
This post is different from the other I have written about Bleekrode. Included on this page, are three drawings. Each one is them divided onto zoomed in views of the various sections. The amazing thing is, every closeup could be a drawing which stands in its own right. Fantastic detailing which melds into the whole, when it finds its neighbouring illustrations to be reconstituted as the main image.
