Traditional and Digital and Architecture Drawings

Architecture drawings with a bit of a twist.

This is the work of Polish Artist Przemysław Berestko. A little fantasy and surrealism find their way into these fine depictions of internal and external architectural buildings.

Berestko explains how the base drawing is created using pens and ink. In a subsequent step, they are then cleaned up, using digital art.

I like all of the drawings with the first three being, by a smidgen, my favourites. The beautiful Victorian living room with the roaring fireplace. The city built on towers with vaulted ceilings. The last one, the whimsical imagery of the ghosts flying down the spiral staircase.  I don't know what it is about it, it just tickles a funny feeling inside.

As well as all of the points above I have to add and mention the artist's style. A wonderfully saturated page full of detailing, perfectly contrasted. This allows every single portion to be crystal clear, given the darkness of the piece.  Nothing left, but for you to make your way through them.

Ps. I gave the images some titles.
