There is one exception to the title above. One drawing of the view of a road in Paris, France.
Giancarlo Sanna has a very distinctive drawing style. Something just as unique as a signature. The presence of a person admiring the building Sanna is depicting, is always present. Even on the aerial view of the fist drawing, you can see the little person. It's a wonderful touch and one I really like to pause on, when I look at his work.
Ink pens, colored pencils and watercolor paints, all support the artist in bringing these views and buildings to life.
There is so much I like about these illustrations. Some have been listed above and are accompanied by the different perspectives, shadows and building design.
A fantastic way to start the week and a free tour around some of the amazing architectural features Italy and France have to offer. I hope you enjoy them as much as I have.
