Rim Umyarov is the artist responsible for the drawings on this post.
As well as producing art, Umyarov teaches on online courses. The following are how the artist teaches the various stages: It's done by separating the process in steps: Blocks, sketches and realism. The different angles/perspective at which you can view something and positioning of the thing drawn. Movement is also explored as well as many other factors.
A distinctive style, helps Umyarov's work standout even more. Different ones are used around the page. The one I am referring to though, is the circle detailing. They are more prominent in the previous works listed in the link below.
