Russian Artist Tatyanka Gunchak drew these representation of an ancient style of art.
Some of the animals or objects are incorporated into the mandala whilst others carry the style and patterns without the full representation.
Among my favourites are: Pandora's box. An artefact in Greek mythology connected with the myth of Pandora in Hesiod's c. 700 B.C. The box was said to contain all of the evil which was eventually unleashed onto the world
The next picture includes the symbolism of time and how nothing lasts forever. All that's left is the hand sticking out of the top half of the hourglass...
As well as these, there are many other drawings to admire and enjoy. I will let you go and discover them for yourselves.
