Several examples of architecture drawn in pencil, emanating from around the world.
Polish Artist Mikołaj Baczyński drew all of the architectural and engineering drawings you see on this page.
I love the sketches that still retain the construction lines, they give the image a more artistic view and feel about them.
So many famous buildings are accompanied by lesser-known ones. The latter look just as good and impressive.
I really like the majestic and imposing form of the Santa Maria Del Fiore building. The Biurowiec structure with the contrast between the square, rigid form and the rounded one, right next to it. The lovely bridge in the park of drawing 6. It carries a wonderfully serene feel about it and the place... Finally, the precise, repetitive structure of the arches forming the aqueduct.
I will let you discover the rest of the drawings in this post and this site. Checkout the right-hand side of the page for site searches, favourites and classifications of subjects.
