Cute Animal Pencil Drawings

Mammals and birds come together in these animal pencil drawings.

A British artist that goes by the name of Happy5art drew all of the art you see on this page.

There is so much sweetness coursing through this post.  The first two drawings embody the previous statement beautifully.

The fennec foxes.  These little foxes with their characteristic big ears.  They are both sleeping, making them look even cuter in this sketch.  Below them is the little red panda.  It's lying in a plank position and looking to the side at something.

Then there are two big cat predators.  They take the form of the snow leopard and the black panther.  In the first, I like the subtle lines with which the artist has depicted the fur of the animal.  The second part I really like about this drawing is the alert expression in the cat's eye and it's lovely colouring.  As far as the black panther is concerned, it's a black big cat drawn on a black background.  The artist has to use a white pencil to carefully fit all of the subtle detailing within the features of this majestic feline.

My last pick is the Tawny Owl.  It has a wonderful compact structure.  Not like its cousin the barn owl that is featured three drawings down.  I like its rounded cylindrical shape and the little beak appearing/protruding from the feathers in its face.
