Rim Umyarov (Рим Умяров) drew all of the images you see on this page.
There is such a wonderful mixture of all sorts of different subjects in this artist's works: Portraits (animal and people), statues, hand references, mopeds, fruit, teapots, and a lovely toy horse. If you look at the link below, you will be able to see even more of Umyarov's work on our site.
I think that my favourite is the little toy horse. I love the proportions and the cute face. Following that is the perspective: On one hand, I would have liked to see more of the face, but this way you get to see much more of the body of the horse. I like how he draws a cube and contains the horse within it. That ensures that all the lines are consistently drawn at the correct angle for that view.
The other thing I wanted to quickly mention is the number of hand references Umyarov draws. If you are an artist and you find them difficult to draw, check the link below or the artist's page. There are so many useful poses you can emulate.
Ps. I gave the images some titles.
