Ransom & Mitchell manage to conjure up the essence of the Traveling Carnival, with the use of CG manipulation (Computer Generated), exquisite costumes and backgrounds, all of it topped with fantastic photography. These places were meant to evoke many and powerful emotions from the people that visited them. Amongst them, fear, wonder, amazement as well as promoting innovations like potions and cures for all sort of ailments (that never worked) whilst subjecting the visitors, to the Side Show, to all sorts of of games and tricks to alleviate them, of the burden, that carrying money caused them.
