Ona Thistle drew and painted all of the mostly birds you see on this page.

Many of these pieces look like they were created in situ (In place).

In some of the images you see who I am assuming is Thistle, the artist.  You can also see the binoculars the artist uses to sight see at a distance?

This is not just about the art, but it's also about the settings used, the lighting and the fantastic backdrop of nature in its winter clothing.

Wonderful art collected into sketchbook journals that will eventually make for a gorgeous and interesting compendium.  Or more than one.
