Evgeniy Rodionov (Евгений Родионов) is a Russian Artist and Illustrator, that showcased his home town, Vologda, in sketch and drawing form.  The thing that really captured our attention, are not just the lovely drawings, but also the way, the beautiful background is a able to elevate, the entire composition.
