A home that gives out a warm feeling, by just looking at the pictures.
Architect Suiseki Kota from Mizuishi Architects Atelier, is the owner of the company that designed this beautiful house. As I mentioned in the title, I love the the light an airy feel you get from the photographs, especially the staggered wooden fence and small courtyard, in front of those imposing glass doors in the living room. When opened, they allows the occupants to enjoy the fresh air and the light whilst maintaining a certain amount of privacy. As you can see from the plans, toilets and the staircase are kept in the middle, reserving the ends for spaces you spend more time in. Many more features and architectural details to enjoy, in the pictures below. The photographs portray a place that is cosy and peaceful, with a comfortable lived in place feel to it. A house I would really love to call my home.
