Siew Heng Boon from New South Wales Australia, is the owner of Jelly Alchemy.  She describes her 3D jelly cake business and food, as one of a kind, with a emphasis on custom made creations.  The cakes are made from seaweed jelly, mostly using natural coloring.  Flavours include: lychee, peach, coconut, rose, chocolate flavour, plus more custom flavour can be requested.  Food Art at its best, it must be very hard to cut into them, thus spoiling the beautiful compositions, but I am sure you get over it very soon as you enjoy the tastes coming through, bite after bite...  : )
