Claire Milligan is a British a self taught professional freelance artist, who started off with pencil, black and white drawings, but after having discovered colored pencils, there was no turning back.  I guess that, the feel of realism that color can bring, to the sweet face of your favourite furry quadruped, or wildlife animal, can't be beaten.  Milligan brings to the table, 20 years experience and a willingness to work closely with her clients, to make sure that the finished portraits represent everything they are looking for, in the reproduction of their close friends.
