Great Detailing in Fantasy Drawings

Even if fantasy drawings are not your thing, have a look for the detailing.
German Artist Lisa Saukel, has a great eye for individual particulars and coloring.  When the two come together, you get this fascinating and fantasy realistic, effect.  I am pretty sure that that is not a thing, or a description of a particular art movement.  Even though I can see that it's exaggerated realism, it definitely has aspects of the real thing, on which is based on, humans or animals.
