German Artist Lisa Saukel, has a great eye for individual particulars and coloring. When the two come together, you get this fascinating and fantasy realistic, effect. I am pretty sure that that is not a thing, or a description of a particular art movement. Even though I can see that it's exaggerated realism, it definitely has aspects of the real thing, on which is based on, humans or animals.

The artist whom created the drawings on this page is Lisa Saukel.
Her name at the top of the page, is also a link to her site. That and her Instagram page, don't seem to be in use.
She is the only one whom can grant permission.
