Black and white drawings made more impressive and interesting, by adding color highlights.
Panos Tzellos, is a Self-taught Greek Artist.  We started noticing this technique first with Angel Ganev and then with Chertkova Lena.  Links in both of their names, will take you to their respective works, here on DesignStack.  It's a really cool effect and I never tire of seeing it.  What do you think?
