An artist that is well known for creating his drawing, in situ (on site).
Luke Adam Hawker, is a London based artist that is not like most people. When he walks, he doesn't look straight forward, or down to the ground, but rather, scans the environments he finds himself in. The locations and buildings captured, are as beautiful as his urban sketches. A modern analogy could be that these architectural drawings, serve the same functions for our memories, as bookmarks do on your computer. I guess that this (and the book use) makes bookmarks an ancient practice...
