Using Digital Art to Travel

With a good grounding in digital art software, you can travel wherever you like.
You can imagine being in a place you would love to visit, on this planet or beyond, or put yourself into an impossible and fantastic situation.  The moment you create an image, a representation of that thought, it brings you that little bit closer, to actually being real.  Dutch Commercial, Conceptual Photographer / Digital Artist Adrian Sommeling, specialises in just that.  He makes the difficult to achieve, the unlikely or the impossible, a close second place to reality.  I agree it is not the same thing and that given the choice, you would opt for the real experience, but sometimes, enjoying the fantasy makes you work  that much harder to achieve in reality.
