Animals dressed up in beautiful fineliner ink patterns.
"Currently in learning and growing mode". This is what Artist Pavneet Sembhi says on her site. It's an admirable trait in an artist, the hunger for knowledge and the realisation that we never stop learning. Her work is really fascinating; the way she manages to contour these patterns, to fit exactly the shape of the animal she is portraying. A lot of popular animals to enjoy below and maybe choose your favourite from. I definitely have one, what's yours?...

These remind me of Zentangle. I love all the little designs that go into creating the detail. My fav is the space orca and the octopus.
ReplyDeleteI am not sure what it is about orcas and whales in general, in space; but it seems to be a a real go to image, for surreal drawings.
DeleteFor me design wise, is the salmon, but also love the turbo snail. : )
