Precise Architectural Illustrations

Lovely architectural drawings and writing which encompass the look and history of the building.

Turkish Artist Oğuzhan Çengel has a real flare for composition and precision. Both the writing and the drawings serve to illustrate a place of interest and do it in a beautifully artistic way. All of this is contained in his journals, that by now, must be increasing in number.

Çengel has been featured here before and I have repeated this as well: Someone should really commission him to create a book containing all of the work he has done. Either nation by nation or, age related groupings from around the world.

A lot of effort and skill go into these illustrations, which we now get to enjoy and appreciate.
