Sasha Podosinovik is an Artist based in St.Petersburg. In many of her illustrations, she uses vivid colors to contrast with her black ink drawings. I have chosen green.
As well as the color and it's brightness, there is another factor at play here. The circular vortex like motion, of the lines that subtly help with the presentation of the architectural drawing. A vortex that brings and highlights it into the forefront.
