Ink and Watercolor Architecture Illustrations

English, French and Mediterranean architecture.

Mayad Allos's amazing work has been featured before on DesignStack. I love the balance of the black ink drawing and the subtle use of color of the watercolor paint.

It's a beautiful halfway point between a complex sketch and a realistic drawing.

The London pieces are said to be down the road from the artist. He remarks he is really lucky to be in touching reach of so much beautiful architectural design.

The wisteria facade has to be my favourite. That bright purple on the brilliant white building, brings out all of the details of the stonework above the windows and the balconies in front of them.

A great midweek post that I hope will help lighten your passage though the rest of the week.

Ps. I gave the images some titles.
