Adrian Hogan is an artist based in Tokyo, Japan.
Staircases in most cases are dingy and sometimes dirty. Even the clean ones become invisible, as there is no outstanding feature to make them interesting and standout.
I have set up the drawings so that it's like you are travelling down the steps yourself. Starting from the fourth floor, all the way down to basement one.
You are as close as you can be to being transported to Tokyo and live the moment in person. Going through each level and experiencing the unfolding story on the walls. It's told in a way in which humans have been illustrating for many tens of thousands of years.
Enjoy your visual walk. No need for lift/elevator here.
