Graphite portraits on paper and moleskine sketchbooks.
Artist Miryana Dimitrova works full time in the mobile games industry. In her spare time she likes to draw people's likenesses. Exploring emotions and translating them in expressions. She adds on her site that, when she is not drawing she loves to cook.
As well as straightforward portraits, you can find on this post: Lovely illustrations, all realistic, some fantasy and one of a celebrity.
My absolute favourite is the drawing I called: "A worried interest". The deer investigating the woman lying still in the water... It's beautifully drawn and has a lovely delicate and tentative feel about it. Great concept, love it.
Midweek and a wonderful post to celebrate it. Enjoy both.
