Architecture art, composed of an ink base covered with a colorful watercolor topping.
Japanese Artist Akihito Horigome specialises in urban depictions such as these.
They span the globe, but the ones which found a home on this page mostly consist of buildings residing in Europe. The other countries are represented by: Vietnam and Australia.
The ink strokes give the building sharp lines, whilst the paint softens it, enveloping it in deep and beautiful colors.
Each structure and image a fantastic hint, which works like bookmarks to the real things. For the people living there or the ones whom have visited, many memories associated with the architecture around them.
Now a chance to view them. Have a great day.
