The drawings start with sketches and blocking of the shape, to aid with the proportions of the desired subject. Most then end with a realistic or semi realistic depiction.
Humans and animals are dissected, then put together again to show you how it's done. Poses, expressions and mid movement, are all utilised to give natural human and animal stances and actions.
