Caroline Smith Is the artist whom built these buildings, with a pen and painbrush.
Locations mostly found in Europe, with one exception in the form of The Hoxton, Williamsburg in New York - USA.
Smith finds delightful building designs to immortalise with her urban sketches.
My favourites are included in the ink class and the watercolor one.
The Dominican, in Brussels - Belgium. The design and the detailing in this scene look amazing. I love the rustic charming style this artist is able to inject in the execution.
Then there is the Streets of Edinburgh in Scotland. The finished piece slightly out of focus makes it look like a wonderful dream. Not everything in the view is clear, making it ready to explore, as the fantasy evolves.
Mondays are notoriously difficult to find motivation to get going. This post will hopefully give you a gentler introduction to the new week.
